The fabulous service continued at the restaurants. They also have food and drink menus available and will serve it at your leisure right to your lounger. Staff would take us to available seats around the pool, provide us with beach towels and stop by with cold water or cold towels. Staff at the pools and gym was just as friendly and attentive. They did a thorough job, leaving the room spotlessly clean each day, replacing toiletries, coffee/tea, towels and sheets as needed. Consequently, our room was serviced quickly each day when we asked for it. The room has a button to request housekeeping, triggering no light outside, but seemingly a notification to the department. Housekeeping provided two daily services. He pointed out some of the amenities of the property, before giving us the tour of the room, including the room amenities.
He handed us of to another staff member to escort us to our room – the hotel is big, divided into many sections separated by ponds and trees, so the guide was appreciated. He thanked us for our IHG Rewards Platinum status and was proud to inform us that we had received a triple-upgrade to a Patio Room – more about that later. Shortly after, the front desk agent came to our table to complete the check-in procedure, sign forms and provide us all the necessary information about the Indigo Seminyak, its amenities and the neighborhood. As soon as we sat down, we received a welcome drink and a cold towel, always a nice touch at a tropical destination. The front desk staff was just as friendly, took our reservation information and asked us to take a seat in the lobby. Service: We received a warm welcome at the entrance by the bell staff and directed to the reception desk. Keep in mind that this area is not ideal for sightseeing around the island – it take a while to get out of the beach area to the main roads! The airport is about 45 minutes by taxi/grab. While it is right off the beach, you have to leave the hotel grounds and cross the road to get to the beach, similar to other hotels in this area, as the beaches are all public! Seminyak is my favorite area and there are lots of nice bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance – it’s a little more upscale than the Southern beach neighbors Legian and Kuta and more accessible than Petitenget. Location: Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach is located near popular Double Six beach, one of the best spots on the long stretch of sand from Kuto to Petitenget. I wholeheartedly recommend the Indigo Bali Seminyak for your next trip to Bali! We loved our stay and declared it our new Bali favorite. All of this is available at reasonable prices or a great deal on IHG Rewards Club points. You also find a kid-friendly pool, a quiet pool, gym, spa and great bars and restaurants on site. It has a great beachside location in the heart of the Seminyak action, and a selection of luxurious rooms, suites and private Pool Villas with butler service. Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach is the latest IHG Hotel on Bali and the first Indigo Resort.
